Free Video and Telephone Conferencing Services

There are several services like GotoMeeting, that offer video conferencing for performing remote meetings, training, and webinars, most of them offer free trials.  But some go beyond that, they offer free limited services. 

Just remember there is no such thing as a free lunch, and there is always a catch.  Most of these free offering are meant to entice you to upgrade to their paid services.
